So why not to make a canvas for your wall?
Here's mine to inspire you.

It was made direct on the canvas frame.
And it's so fun to make it.

To add a big dimention I've used the super large pop dots from EK sucssess.

Just add some music sheet and cut some doohickeys to embellish your dear Santa.

Paint the images with watercolor on watercolor paper.

Hope you like and get inspired to make some art this week.

Little tea box.

Cause before I was to afraid to try new shapes but once I did my first box I totally got addiced!

Christmas!!!

Now that Halloween has passed it's time for some Christmas decor here at my house!
YAY!
I must to confess that it's the best time of the year for me.
Although I live in a tropical country, Christmas here has all the Traditions just like on snowy places around the globe:P

And I can feel the smell of cinnamon already!

Can't wait to put up my FIRST Christmas tree since I moved back to Brazil!
Long story short I have been trough some tuff times for the last two Christmas.
But now I'm back on track and ready to celebrate with firends,family and a new love...
Anyways...I would love to give you some inspo for your Christmas projects!
Hurry up çause the clock is ticking!!! LOL

Happy Happy Birthday Magnolia!

Hello Magnolia's lovers!
This is week is a special week for us as it is Magnolia's birthday!!!! On behalf of all the international Magnolia Design Team members, i would like to wish Magnolia a wonderful Birthday!!!! As you know, we never let a special day go by without making it special for you too so be prepared for a huuuuge special secret prize to win on this challenge!!!!
I also want to tell you that this special day will be celebrated on the 8th of october on the inspirational blog with a super candy and in the Magnolia store with demonstrations by some of the dt members so if you are nearby, just come and say them hello and take the opportunity to see the marvellous Magnolia shop!!!

Layouts & Magnolias

Hi everyone:)
Happy Sunday.
Well today I would like to show you that's possible to use our adorable Magnolia images and incorporate them on your Scrapbooking projects.
Sometimes I wondered how would I do it...And even if I felt a great wish to use them on my LOs I always thought it would be funny,or strange.
Till the day I dared and I promisse you I get so happy with the results.
Now I'm totally addicted using Mags on my LOs.
Try it and tell me if your projects won't be the happiest ever!

I've used the cutest heart on this one.
And the cool thing here is to re use a blister from any scrapbooking supply you may have.
Mine was a button blister where I put my photos and some resin roses inside.

I simply had to try this FAB Tilda on a soft and sweet project like this.
I really love this image :)
A little tip,if you have those pearl strings like you see here between my flowers you probably wonder how did I glue it?
Simple hot glue...LOL
Yep I do use a lot of that kind of glue on my projects.
Have no idea if it's acid or not...and honestly I don't care plus it will glue everything safetly.

And here just a happy explosion of reds and strawberries:)
I really like this project and how the Magnolia images are so versatile.
You only need to use your imaginagiton and let your heart to guide you:)

O carrossel que eu fiz pra revista da Magnolia.
Aqui vao as fotos dos detalhes pra vcs:)

Pra fazer o telhado eu usei o papel das embalagens dos carimbos e a barrinha com furadores da Martha Stuart.

Pinte varios coracoes pra enfeitar o telhado!

Pra fazer o cropo do carrossel eu usei um rolo de papel higienico e algumas embaagens vazias de fitas de varios tamanhos,cobri e colei com cola quente.

Enfeite com perolas que vc encontra em lojas de material pra fazer bijouteria.

Pra fazer o prendedor das figurinhas e dos cavalos eu usei canudinhos bem fininhos,aqueles de misturar o cafezinho.

Coloque algumas Tildas sentadinhas nos cavalos.

E outras sem estar no cavalo,depende do tamanho do seu carrossel.

Agora eh soh admirar e se divertir.
Soh de olhar pra ele eu me sinto feliz!

This project was featured on the second Magnolia's ink magazine if I'm not wrong.
And today I would like to share with you all :D

It's a verry simple project.
And it's so easy to do.
All you need is a foam ball.
Cut it in half.
Decorate the top with little circle punches from the bottom to the top.
Covering the ball.
Make a tube for the trunk and decorate as you wish :)
Easy pease huh?

Hi everyone:)
I know it have been a while since my last post...
I explain to you.
Down here in Brazil we have summer vacations while you all on the north Hemisphere have winter right?
So we all stop after Christmas and we get back to the regular schedulle after Carnival.
This year Carnival will be next week so after that I'll be back with full power.LOL
It's not always that Carnival is on march though,usually it's in February it all depends when the easter was last year...
It's about the Christian calendar.
Anyways the summer is near to an end now and we are getting ready for the falls.
I don't really like chill weather but it'll be nice this year we had a really warm summer!
It'll be good to have some fresh weather though.

Easel card PAP de Natal

Hi you all.
Today i'm going to take this in Portuguese 'couse I'm sure you all know how to make an easel card:)
Have a Fabulous week everyone.

Meninas queridas aqui esta o PAP que eu preparei pra vcs com muito carinho como presente de Natal.
Eu usei o KISS de Natal 2010 mas, se vc nao tem o KISS pode usar os papeis que voce quiser.

Divirtam-se e nao esquecam de me mostrar tudinho depois!
Beijokas e uma otima semana!

1-Corte o card stock ao meio fazendo duas partes de 15 cmx 30 ou 6x12 polegardas.
Dobre o papel ao meio fazendo um cartao com 15x15 cm ou 6x6 pol.

2-"Depois que vc dobrou o papel ao meio ele deve ter 15x15 cm ou 6x6 polegardas certo?
Pra fazer ele ficar easel eh soh dobrar mais uma vez a capa ao meio.Assim como na foto,essa dobra deve ser bem ao meio 75cmx7,5 cm ou 3x3 pol. soh de um lado."

3-"Agora pegue o papel do KISS que tem as arvores e divida ao meio,pegue a parte azul marinho,corte ao meio fazendo dois quadrados de 15x15cm.reserve a parte das arvores para decorar."

4-"Corte a faixa azul ao meio e reserve os dois pedacos.Um vai ser a capa e o outro a parte de dentro do cartao."

5- "Na dobra menor do cartao passe fita dupla face nos 4 cantos e cole um dos quadrados azul marinho nela.Note que vc soh precisa colar a metade do papel mesmo pra ele poder deslizar depois."

6-"Cole o quadrado azul na aba verde.
Distresse as bordas se vc gostar.
Agora nos vamos comecar a decorar por isso fique a vontade e solte a sua criatividade.
Vc vao ver como vicia fazer easel cards:)))"

7-"Com o quadrado azul marinho que sobrou encape a parte de dentro do cartao para fazer um acabento legal.Eu usei o lado branco pra contrastar com a parte de fora."

8-"Agora pegue aquela parte que tem as arvores e recorte toda a volta delas deixando uma bordinha,eu eliminei os espirais.Corte a tira ao meio e cole com cola essa faixa na parte de baixo do painel."

9-"Na parte de dentro do cartao corte um card do papel do KISS e cole pra voce escrever a sua menssagem.Cole 3 pedrinhas de cada lado como na foto,isso vai fazer a trava para a sua capa ficar parada no lugar certo."

10-"Cole por cima da barra de arvores o outro pedaco com fita banana sobrepondo a colagem."

11-"Aqui pra finalizar eu colei estrelinhas de plastico e uma Tilda,mas voces podem escrever feliz natal,colar outra figurinha e fazer o Natal de alguem mais bonito:)))

Sao Paulo scrapin' week

A week in Sao Paulo at the national scrapbooking fair...
I have few bucks less on my bank account...but happier like a kid on Christmas eve.LOL
These are few things that I've got there.
Now I just feel for coloring all those gorgeous Magnolia stamps!

I even got the chance to buy me some Magnolia's papers!
I'm soooo happy right now!

The fair was incredible this year.
I've meet some of the most amazing scrapers in this world!

Thinking that I'm doing cards from one year I'm so proud of my self when I see this

A little bird on my roof!

Just a simple project.
This little house was screeming,USE ME!LOL
It's roof come out and you can keep little secrets inside.
Perfect for a girl's room don't you think?

For this project I used all Melissa Frances papers and embelishments.
The grass is Jolee's.
The little pearls on the twigs are from a flower shop.
And lilla Tilda colored with watercolor.

For father's day

Hi ya all.
Hope you are having a great saturday!
My sister asked me to make a card for the father's day the other day...
We celebrate it here on the second sunday of August.
Now that I've learned some new ways to fold a card I decide to give this one a try.
I liked the shape but I don't love it.LOL
I guess I'm the traditional card's fold :)
Anyways here's the result.

I just did a little bit bigger than the original template so it could fit all
the cutesy from Magnolia.

It's a fun card to make though.

And this lovelly dear paper is from a digital kit!

And it can be flat to fit the envelope.

Deixa eu contar pra vcs...Mes passado a Camilla da Noruega convidou algumas das designers da Magnolia pra uma participacao muito especial da Tilda na revista especializada em carimbos e cartoes Ett Trykk(Um truque)
Bom eu enviei meu cartaozinho pra editora neh...e ela adorou meu cartao e eu nao acreditei!
Uma fofa ela!

Pensa esse DT da Magnolia soh tem fera e as vezes eu me sinto engatinhando perto delas.
Ta tudo bem que soh faz um ano que eu comecei a fazer cartoes blah blah blah,e elas fazem isso desde que nasceram...hahaha
Mas eu nunca imaginei que meu humilde cartaozinho iria aparecer na capa da revista.
Nao nao esse grandao ai lindo, mas ali pequenininho do lado esquerdo embaixo!
Pode ate parecer ridiculo da minha parte estar comemorando isso...mas eh que as scandinavas sao tao boas...vcs nao tem nocao dos cartoes delas ao vivo...Aieee por isso que eu fiquei tao feliz!
Mesmo sendo uma fotinho pequena isso soh serviu pra me mostrar que pelo jeito eu to no caminho certo e to aprendendo neh?
Oh senssacao boa essa de ser publicada numa revista,e eu sei que vcs me entendem pq aqui em casa sacume?
Eh soh mais uma besteirinha na revista,mas pra mim eh a gloria!
hahaha
Entao queria dividir isso com vcs e assim que eu puder eu coloco o cartao na integra pra vcs verem.

Summer Time

Hi everyone:)

How is summer going in the North Emisphere?

You know dow here in Brazil is midle of winter now.

However we are having a really dry and nice winter.

South Brazil where I live is pretty cold and the temperature here is around 5 to 0 degrees celsius.

But actually this year has been a little bit different though.

Thank God for that!LOL

I'm not sure if the nature like it though...

The only thing I know for sure is that I love summer!

And to know that we are almost there makes me really happy!

To celebrate the joy of summer I'll present you for the next posts some cards I've did using the Lazy summer collection.

If you are like me you'll love this new challenge's blog.
It's from the brazilian girls.They are discovering the magic of doing hand made cards now!
I was asked to be the God mother of this project.
And I'm so glad I accepted :)
It has unique talented ladies,awesome inspiration and lots of prizes.

And this is my take on the challenge.
All you have to do is to create a card using red and turquoise plus 3 different stamp images that aren't world art.
Then link your work on their blog to be entering on the drawing.

I have a new card to share with you:)
I have used some really cool metalic watercolors I've bought while ago when I was living in Sweden.
So I just found it on my stash and used to color the leaves and swrils on this cards.
It's really cool IRL.
So if you have some sort of different inks and paints around your home don't be afraid to try it:)
Hope you enjoy this new card.

You know what?
One of the best things on this hobby is to get the chance to meet really nice people that share the same passion with us.
This is the reason I've made this card for a verry special "new" virtual friend.
I hope that she like this surprise when it arrive at her home.
I just can't say who she is so she will be surprised by it.
LOL
TSMFL.

You know...I did this envelope using a regular ones that we find at office supplies stores.
It's a standard size and I just cuted it to fit the 6x6" card inside.
If you like I can show you how.
Just let me know and I'll make a tutorial for you guys.

Here's just a fun project to inspire you.
I did this wooden basket to celebrate spring.
Just because i loooove spring and all the fun it antecipate for the summer.

Attach some Magnolia fruits in a wire,roll it around a paint brush stick to create something like this.

Make tons of flowers to cover the basket's floor.

Use your favorite Tilda and voila.

A cute project to make your days happier.
